Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community Associate to build, engage, and nurture a thriving resident community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful experiences, organizing events, fostering relationships, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
Act as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and feedback.
Plan and execute community events, workshops, networking sessions, and celebrations.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new residents and enhance their overall experience.
Gather resident feedback and implement engagement initiatives.
Create content for social media and community platforms.
Coordinate with local brands and partners for collaborations and resident benefits.
