Located at Venture 220 East 13th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, you will provide vital assessments and ongoing medical management for adults in a structured recovery program. Your collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and healthcare teams will guide effective treatment and care plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments and health monitoring
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage physical health as it relates to psychiatric conditions
• Engage in case conferences and family discussions
• Oversee discharge planning with follow-up care coordination
Requirements:
• Full CPSBC certification required
