We are seeking someone who is passionate about fostering technology and AI communities to shape and grow Beca’s capabilities across platforms including our AI systems, Beca’s platform for software and agent development, and BEYON™ - Beca’s Digital Twin platform. You’ll play a key role in orchestrating a cohesive, scalable community ecosystem that enables peer learning, drives adoption, and supports capability uplift across the business. You will take an engaging, stewardship‑led approach; creating the structure, guardrails, and momentum for communities to thrive, while enabling them to become self‑sustaining over time.
