Associate / Consultant (2–4 years)
~2–4 years of experience implementing ERP or HCM software solutions in one or more functional domains.
~ Prior consulting experience, either with a professional services firm or as an internal functional consultant.
~ Experience supporting or implementing systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, or similar platforms.
~ Workday Functional CertificationSenior Consultant (4+ years)
~4+ years of experience leading functional workstreams for enterprise implementations, including client advisory, configuration strategy, and solution validation. Functional & Professional
~ Workday Functional Certification
