Community Content

This role owns Zenith's community content + proof pipeline.

You'll turn real member experiences into high-trust content we can reuse across the community, ads, landing pages, and email—while also creating engaging posts that make the group feel alive.

This is a camera-facing role. If you're confident on camera, strong at storytelling, and comfortable DM'ing members to capture reviews/UGC/testimonials, you'll do well here.

What Success Looks Like (Key Outcomes)

You will be responsible for consistently delivering:

• A steady pipeline of proof: written testimonials, before/afters, UGC, short interviews, voice/video clips—organized and ready for marketing use
• A living Q&A / Claims Library: real member questions + expert-approved answer snippets that support posts, sales pages, and ads
• Engagement-driven community content: posts that drive comments, spark vulnerability, surface objections, and build culture
