This role is designed for a high-energy professional who wants to master the inner workings of a high-growth startup. You will function as a strategic bridge, balancing the intelligence of a community lead with the precision of an organisational coordinator.
The Role:
Your responsibilities are organized into three pillars that drive our growth. These workstreams are dynamic and fluid, ensuring your days are varied rather than repetitive.
1. Operational Storyteller (Systems & Documentation) You are the Source of Truth for the company. You ensure that as we build floor by floor, every milestone is captured and searchable.
Modern Documentation: Own the administration of Microsoft Loop to keep the team aligned on the Knowledge-base, SOPs, department stat...
