Job Description

Ensure integrity and professional dealings with the internal and external stakeholders. 
Collaborate with Senior Community Development Associate and different LGU Offices to secure all necessary property documents. 
Maintain RF holder’s guideline in expenses with regards to property documents consolidation. 
Maintain databases of the secured property documents. 
Ensures and upholds integrity of safekeeping landowners’ and representatives' information. 
Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to increase productivity. 
Has Driver License & Owns a motorcyle 
Preferred: Residing in Nasugbu, Lian, Balayan, Calatagan & Tuwi
