Community Development Education Officer

Are you passionate about building a strong foundation for the youngest members of our community? Southwestern University PHINMA's Student Life - Community Development is looking for a passionate Education Officer to spearhead our early childhood wellness initiatives within the Balay Bantayanan program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Care and Development, or related field
• Familiarity with Early Childhood Care and Development standards, frameworks, and indicators
• Deep understanding of 0–5 years old physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development
• Experienced in handling and interacting with young children, parents, and families
• Experienced in program facilitation, community development, or relevant area
