Community Development Education Officer

Southwestern University PHINMA is seeking a dedicated Community Development Education Officer to join our Student Life Office's Balay Bantayanan program.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (preferably Elementary), Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Master's degree or units is an advantage
- Preferably with experience in program facilitation, student/community development, or related area
- Strong empathy and cultural sensitivity

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate modular wellness programs, workshops, and peer support sessions on topics such as stress management, mental health awareness, healthy relationships, and life skills.
- Proactively conduct outreach to student organizations and leaders to promote program participation and embed wellness into campus culture.
