Community Development Education Officer

Southwestern University PHINMA's Student Life - Community Development is looking for a passionate Education Officer to spearhead our early childhood wellness initiatives within the Balay Bantayanan program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Care and Development, or related field
Familiarity with Early Childhood Care and Development standards, frameworks, and indicators
Deep understanding of 05 years old physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development
Experienced in handling and interacting with young children, parents, and families
Experienced in program facilitation, community development, or relevant area
Key Responsibilities
Design, evaluate, and supervise developmentally appropriate activities, play-based learning, and early stimulation programs.
