Community Development Facilitator

The Community Development Facilitator will serve as the primary field-level implementer responsible for organizing seaweed farmers, facilitating capacity-building activities, supporting adoption of green and climate-resilient practices, and ensuring inclusive participation of women, youth, IPs, and vulnerable groups.

The CDF will ensure that project interventions are community-driven, environmentally responsible, and aligned with Bayer Foundation sustainability objectives.
