Community Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Program Implementation & Support: Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of sustainability programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational policies and the HO Sustainability group's guidelines.

• ESG Reporting Support: Contribute to the collection, analysis, and documentation of data required for ESG reporting. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designated sustainability champions within business units to support the implementation of group-wide sustainability initiatives.

• Communication & Awareness: Develop and disseminate communication materials (e.g., presentations, internal newsletters, IEC materials) to promote sustainability programs and raise awareness among employees.
