Community Employment Specialist - On Call

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Employment Specialist. HireAbility offers a customized employment program to assist individuals living with an intellectual disability, mental illness, physical disability, or chronic disease by preparing them for employment.

Schedule: This is an on-call position responsible for providing coverage when regular staff are unavailable, including filling in for scheduled or unscheduled absences as needed.





Major Responsibilities:
+ Manage assigned caseload to Develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals.
+ Match a job seekers interests and abilities with available jobs. Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers.
+ Conduct an assessment of each job seeker. Focus on total life experiences, not just work history, and interest.
+ Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs. Attend interview if needed.
