About the Role 

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Lead who can bridge the gap between data and creativity, someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, social listening, and storytelling. This role combines the rigor of performance marketing with the emotional intelligence of community building, driving growth and engagement across our owned and earned social platforms. You will lead the pod that serves as the connective tissue between data, culture, and community, ensuring that every post, partnership, and conversation brings value to both fans and the business.
