YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Be an active member of BQA LT, proposing initiatives and supporting site strategy implementation by providing advice to senior leadership. 
Develop integrated communication plans, aligned with BQALT, regional and corporate comms, that strategically manage associated risks, cultural transformation processes and respond to site needs. 
Responsible for monitoring external/internal environment and foster positive reputational impact positioning Bayer as active player in the region.  
Coordinate hiring process, alignment and performance evaluation of external communication agency.
