A. Industry Partnerships & Employer Engagement
Identify, map, and maintain relationships with gaming studios, animation houses, tech companies, and digital agencies.
Formalize MOUs and placement partnerships in coordination with partners and CEGA management.
Engage industry partners for internships, entry-level jobs, freelance assignments, and project-based work.
Maintain a verified database of employers and hiring partners relevant to CEGA training courses.
Coordinate job placement opportunities for both onsite and online trainees.
B. Trainee Readiness & Placement Preparation
Work with Training Managers and Consultants to assess job readiness of trainees.
Support trainees in preparing CVs, portfolios, demo reels, GitHub profiles, and LinkedIn presence.
Organize mock interviews, portfolio reviews, and career guidance sessions.
