Job Description  
Own field operations and country‑level expansion; set targets and deliver results. 
Recruit, onboard, and coach a network of ambassadors and community leaders. 
Translate central strategy into local plans; prioritize initiatives and track progress. 
Build partnerships with communities, merchants, brokers, and ecosystem players to drive adoption. 
Lead meetups, workshops, and events; act as primary point of accountability for the region. 
Establish feedback loops from the field to central teams; represent the initiative at regional/international forums.
