Community Health Nurse - Interventionist (Research Administration) - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Community Health Nurse - Interventionist_** for the Center for Latino Adolescent and Family Health located in New York City. The Center for Latino Adolescent and Family Health’s (CLAFH’s) mission is to eliminate health inequities and promote overall wellbeing among Latino adolescents and their families. While our work is Latino-focused, our research and resources are applicable to initiatives aimed at ending inequities for other groups. CLAFH’s core work focuses on developing, evaluating, and disseminating family-based interventions and nurse-driven models of health care delivery designed to mitigate harmful social determinants of health, eliminate health inequities, increase Latino engagement in health care, and promote life opportunities.
