Empower Simcoe is seeking motivated individuals for its Board of Directors. Engage in meaningful governance to inspire community growth and inclusion.
As a Board Member, you will guide the strategic initiatives that reflect the values of Empower Simcoe. This volunteer role requires a commitment to monthly meetings and community activities, amassing approximately 3-4 hours per month. Members contribute to the mission of fostering inclusive opportunities for individuals in Simcoe County.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take part in monthly decision-making board meetings
• Participate in skills development and training sessions
• Engage in outreach events to promote Empower Simcoe
• Support various fundraising efforts for the organization
• Stay informed on all programs and advocate publically
