Community Integration Care Coordinator

Interior Health is hiring permanent full-time Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) at the 100 Mile House Hospital located in 100 Mile House, BC. This position is a combination being the team lead for the Mental Health and Substance Use team (MHSU) and providing Seniors Mental Health services, supervises eight staff, plus casuals, the caseload varies as this role is primary a leadership role, this is not an excluded position.

Days of work: Days Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
