Community Management System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and operate a community management platform for a large residential resort community.

• Manage and operate system
• Maintain accurate database of Units, villas, hotel, commercial owners and tenants
• Generate service charge invoices and track collections
• Manage service requests and work orders
• Monitor system workflows and ensure proper process flow
• Issue notices and communicate with owners through the system
• Generate financial and operational reports
• Attend training and train internal team

• Experience in Property Management / Community Management / Real Estate
• Hands-on experience with property management systems (e.g., ISKAAN, Mollak, Yardi, SAP, etc.)
• Experience in service charge billing and receivables / collections tracking
