Role Summary
Gym Class is the top rated social sports game on Meta Quest - millions of downloads, 79,000+ reviews, and a 4.9-star rating. We’re hiring our founding Community Manager to design, test, and scale the programs that grow and engage our player base. You’ll be the expert on community-driven growth: driving core community programs, experimenting to learn what works and what the community needs most, and then scaling it with systems, automations, and our community squad. You’ll own our Discord and Creator Program as the heartbeat of Gym Class outside the game, keeping our community energized, engaged, and growing.
