Role Summary

This role is the single-threaded owner of Oraan's 18,000+ women community. Think CEO of the community universe. You will own WhatsApp group health, member engagement, savings challenges, and revenue impact through community-led upsells, especially gold.

This is not a post and pray role. This is about building trust, driving conversations, and turning community energy into long-term value for women and for Oraan.

What Youll Own (And Yes, Youll Own It End-to-End)

WhatsApp Community Management. Core Focus. ~70% of Time.

• Own engagement across all WhatsApp groups. New, old, special interest, revival mode. All of it.
