Job Description

 One of our leading NHS clients is looking for experienced Mental Health Nurses to cover shifts in community hospitals in South West England. We are seeking applications from Registered Mental Health Nurses who have experience working in community services.
  Job Description: 
 Conduct nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
 Provide high-standard nursing care and treatment in collaboration with multi-disciplinary staff.
 Actively participate in therapeutic activities and treatment programs, including attending case conferences and review meetings.
 Arrange and participate in patients' meal services, including special diets.
 Maintain good relationships with staff across disciplines, relatives, and visitors for smooth service delivery.
 Take charge and coordinate shifts in the absence of the Ward Manager/Clinical Team Leader, and supervise junior staff.
