Community Navigator

Position Summary:

The Community Navigator acts as the initial contact for jobseekers and community partners. This role develops and maintains referral pathways, facilitates warm handoffs to Service Providers, and ensures jobseekers receive suitable services. The Community Navigator works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to track referrals and manage risks. It is a hands-on position that requires strong relationship management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing equitable employment services.

What You'll Do:
+ Respond promptly to referral requests via phone and email, same day, max 2 days
+ Ensure contract compliance for all Request a Service Provider Appointment (RASP) and Targeting, Referrals and Feedback (TRF) inquiries
+ Ensure contract compliance for all Ontario Works jobseeker referrals
+ Establish rapport with jobseekers and conduct warm handoffs to Service Providers.
