Community Nurse

As a Community Nurse, you will:

Work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professional to administer patient-centered care

Visit patients in their home to provide nursing care, educate patients and their families

Manage Community Nurse Post one-day per week on roster basis

Update records of patients' progression after each home visit 

Job Requirements

Hold a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing educational qualification.

Minimum 3 years of inpatient ward experience in local acute hospital preferred.

Able to perform on-calls duty after office hours.

Able to work on weekends when required.
