Community Nurse

Community Nurse We are seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care and support to individuals within the community setting. The Community Staff Nurse is responsible for the delivery of prescribed nursing care to patients on a day-to-day basis. This would include the holistic assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care.
