Job Description
Join CBI Health as a Community Occupational Therapist in Victoria. This position, available full-time or part-time, supports individuals in enhancing their quality of life and returning to work.
As a key member of the Community Rehab Services team, you will work with clients facing Mental Health challenges and physical injuries. Key activities include assessments for home and job safety, job coaching, and facilitating effective return-to-work strategies. Engage with a network of stakeholders and contribute to program development that directly addresses client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively to achieve positive client outcomes
• Conduct impartial assessments and functional evaluations
• Facilitate timely return-to-work coordination
• Develop new programs for diverse client needs
• Perform thorough documentation and reporting
