Sprout's Community Officer/Manager is responsible for proposing strategies & executions relevant to Sprouts online channels to build a community of followers, handle support questions, and increase engagement.

Duties

• Develop strategies for current and future communities relevant to industries and campaigns
• Make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and post quality
• Build relationships with the online community; monitor social media channels to build a community of followers, handle support questions, and increase engagement
• Responsible for daily monitoring and response to comments, private messages, and mentions on the brands owned assets i.e. FB, IG, etc.
• Escalate issues and complaints following the process flow defined by the team; able to manage crises whenever the situation calls for it
