Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City / Pasig City and Marikina City for a Community Organizer. The Community Organizer will engage with local communities to build relationships, coordinate and facilitate community outreach initiatives, and organize events to address community needs. This role involves planning, implementing, and executing programs and activities to foster collaboration and community empowerment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Organizing
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Event Planning and Community Outreach
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people
Experience in conflict resolution and advocacy is a plus
Passion for community service and social change
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related fields is preferred
