Job Details

• Job type: 8‑week contract, 30‑35 hour work week
• Salary: 22$ per hour
• Languages: Bilingual, French & English

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Engagement : Identify and connect with local community partners, organizations, and potential venues to increase program visibility.
• Volunteer Engagement : Support the recruitment cycle, including screening applicants and conducting orientation sessions to ensure new volunteers feel supported and ready.
• Event Support : Assist in the planning and execution of both in‑person community gatherings and online webinars/workshops.
• Database Management : Maintain and update our CRM/database to ensure accurate tracking of outreach efforts, volunteer hours, and community growth.
• Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling, newsletters, and general communication.
