Community Paramedic - Magic Valley

What You Can Expect:
* Full time
* 4 on 3 off schedule with 10-12 hour shifts
* Working with nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff
* Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits in the Magic Valley
* Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with multi-disciplinary Care Teams.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience: 3 years relevant experience
* Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P State of Practice;
