The Mobile Medic, Advanced works closely with the after-hours virtual care team providers as well as with the center primary care providers for daytime orders to deliver a full scope of in-home health care services to patients. Under the provider's direction, the incumbent provides a wide range of urgent and acute clinical interventions to patients in their homes. This includes documenting vital signs and measuring relevant physical attributes as well as identifying cognitive, functional, medication and social challenges impacting patient's health.
