Job Description

Position Details
This community based position includes the following duties:
Completion of in-home and community-based assessments

Supervision of rehab assistants

Development & oversight of gym & pool-based activation

Liaising with healthcare team including OTs and physicians
Qualifications
Current member of CPTBC or eligible for registration

Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience with standardized assessments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with insurance payers is an asset
