  Job Description 
 ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology LLC is seeking a  Community Planner  to support our customer located at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) in Albuquerque, NM. This position leads the construction, repair, and renovation project programming team under the KAFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract.
  Job Summary: 
 The Planner will support and assist in planning land use and development on Kirtland AFB to help ensure the mission success of the base.
 Responsible for all military construction planning requirements for the installation in accordance with Federal and Air Force guidelines with consideration for life cycle, mission change, catastrophic failures, activity management plan, and more.
