Description
The Community Pre-Vocational staff is responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities to maximize their vocational skills within their community. Using a person centered approach, Community Pre-Voc Staff will provide opportunities for the individuals to learn and practice job skills that will prepare them for future community employment opportunities. The staff will employ a variety of diverse skill instruction and training to teach the individuals the soft skills required to be able to secure and maintain employment.
