As a Community Program Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Motivate and inspire members to actively participate in centre programs, conduct outreach to attract new members, and perform home visits and community screenings.
• Recruit, screen, train, and manage volunteers; facilitate befriending program matching and organize regular volunteer meetings and development sessions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external service providers, community organizations, families, and caregivers.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs and activities that promote healthy aging and independent living; provide backup facilitation as needed.
• Support achievement of organizational objectives through feedback collection, program evaluation, and effectiveness monitoring.
