Overview

Bless Community Services is a social service agency (IPC) set up to enable, enrich and empower individuals, families and communities through our holistic social care approaches.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Senior Connect team to serve the seniors in the community, pursuing productive-ageing lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Programme Coordinator for Senior Activities
  • Coordinate and oversee the weekly Senior SWEE! programme, including planning, execution, and evaluation of activities.
  • Develop and pilot new programmes and activities aligned with BCS’s Model of Care, responding to emerging needs of seniors.
  • Lead outreach efforts to expand the geographical coverage, enabling BCS to reach and serve more seniors within the community.
