Community & Programming Executive

Role Summary
The Community & Culture Executive supports the delivery of Mandala Club's community-led and curated cultural programming, with a particular focus on member engagement, Circles, and on-the-ground execution.
Working closely with the Community & Culture Manager and within the Marketing & Culture team, this role helps bring Mandala's cultural ecosystem to life — supporting events, member initiatives, and community moments that are thoughtful, well-executed, and unmistakably Mandala.
This role is ideal for someone early in their cultural programming or community career who is highly organised, culturally curious, and eager to work at the intersection of people, ideas, and experiences.
