Job Description

Responsible for enforcing rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety. Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games and hobbies.

• Promote positive and supportive attitudes toward youth experiencing homelessness.
• Work alongside community members and residential clients in all facets of drop‑in services.
• Help facilitate good relationships between clients and community members / project staff.
• Help nurture and support a positive environment for all clients and staff.

Organizational Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards consistent with the values & philosophy of The Salvation Army and Sutton Youth Services.
