Community Relations Specialist Latam

Mission

At Zelestra Latam, we are looking for a Community Relations Specialist LATAM based in Santiago, Chile. The role combines strategic and operational focus to manage social risks, maintain the social license to operate, and oversee social compliance by contractors, third parties, and operations teams in accordance with each country’s regulations. The specialist will also support prefeasibility assessments of pipeline and development‑stage projects, providing social analysis inputs and early identification of risks and opportunities, and will lead the definition and implementation of a social investment strategy that promotes sustainable, high‑impact initiatives aligned with environmental needs and the company’s corporate objectives.
