Responsibilities Standardize internal processes and implement best practices across the division. Ensure accurate and timeous reporting. Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations. Recruit, train and mentor high‑performing staff. Conduct performance reviews and support career development. Foster a positive team culture aligned with the company’s values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration. Industry certification (Paddocks). PPE 4 or 5 certification.
