About the Role

The Community Services RN is a newly created position to expand our services for participants. This position will go into participants homes to engage them in all aspects of clinical assessments, coordinating referrals to allied health professionals, and working with the wider team to meet their cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals.
