Job Description

 Community Site Manager
At Endeavour Foundation we have been committed to helping people with disabilities for over 70 years. Our purpose is straight forward, to turn possibilities into reality. 
As the Site Manager your purpose is to support Community Activity services by following a person-centred support model to help people we support develop independence, confidence, self-esteem and social interaction skills. Working across portfolio of the Day Program Community Hub (Learning and Lifestyle) and In-Home Community Access Services.
