Community Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Experience in KOC / KOL Collaboration:
Has experience in collaborating with overseas KOCs or mid-tier KOLs, and can independently complete screening, communication, briefing, content follow-up, and effectiveness review.
Understanding of the Influencer Ecosystem:
Familiar with the Facebook/Instagram creator ecosystem, understand the content styles and conversion characteristics of KOCs/KOLs of different scales.
Community + Influencer Collaboration Capability:
can effectively introduce KOC/KOL content into the community, driving discussion, referral, and UGC output.

Relationship Maintenance and Incentive:

Proficient in long-term maintenance of core KOC relationships and design of Incentive Mechanisms (such as internal testing, exclusive benefits, co-creation of activities, etc.).
Data Awareness:
can conduct basic evaluations of KOC/KOL cooperation effectiveness (Engagement Rate, discussion level, community conversion, etc...
