Community Specialist

• Design and implement strategies to grow and energize our KOC/influencer community
• Establish community rules, engagement mechanisms (e.g., incentive programs, leaderboards, content challenges)
• Recruit and onboard influencers that align with brand values
• Organize regular online/offline activities to increase community engagement and loyalty
• Support in managing the agency brand's public image and crafting its external communication strategy
• Work closely with teams on campaigns, media relations, and PR initiatives
• Assist in drafting press releases, PR materials, and content for external communications
• Track community engagement metrics and PR performance
• Monitor brand mentions, flag potential risks, and help manage crisis communication when needed
• Provide insights and suggestions for ongoing improvements based on data
