Job Description

The role
In this role you will effectively engage and work with allsections of the community, community groups and funding bodies to bring about
sustainable positive change in health and wellbeing in Latrobe City.
Other objectives of the role include:
Seek, develop, implement and coordinate a range
of projects and initiatives that are responsive to community needs and
aspirations in accordance with the Council Plan and the Municipal Public Health
and Wellbeing Plan.
Plan, deliver and support programs and
initiatives that build community cohesion and inclusion with a focus on
multicultural communities
Participate in and lead relevant networks to
ensure greater communication and collaboration between the community and
Latrobe City Council.
