Community Support Worker - Collie

About The Role

We are seeking a support worker available to assist our client in Collie during the following shifts:

• Week one: Monday to Sunday
• Week two: Monday to Sunday

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients living in the community. Working within individual care plans, you’ll help people maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while supporting them to live life without limits. This is a hands‑on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work collaboratively with clients, families and the wider MSWA team to deliver safe, flexible and meaningful support.
