Community Support Worker — Enable Independence & Community

Spectrum Care is seeking a Community Support Worker in North Auckland to assist a young person with disabilities in engaging with their community. This role involves supporting hobbies, facilitating independence, and using visual communication tools.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and enjoys being active in the community. Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential. You'll be part of a supportive team with ongoing training provided, making a real difference in someone’s life.
