Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our Aged Care team in Echuca.
In this part-time role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people over the age of 65 — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide:
Respite care
Domestic assistance
Personal care
Social support services
Meal preparation services
Your work will empower older individuals to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.
